Val Cameron is one of the bravest people I have ever met. She is never afraid to be herself or stand up for herself. On second thought, maybe she is, but she pushes past the fear and does it anyway!
At 40, Val has found herself in an unexpected place. In the last couple years, she’s faced divorce and she’s regaining control of her mental health on her terms.
